At Exolgan we have the N4 computer system (NAVIS) for the management of empty containers of the DRY and REEFER type, which allows the fast and efficient management of containers within our facilities. Our services include: - Prior documentary control for the reception of empty containers, with free debt web verification, analysis and document validation. - Inspection of structural conditions in empty containers under IICL criteria or particular criteria of the maritime lines and visual check of the machinery, at the time of the return of the empty container or discharge from the ship.
With an area of 10,000m2, located inside the terminal, it performs consolidation, deconsolidation, and storage services for import and export merchandise. With over 20 years in this type of operation, it provides trained, experienced, and specialized personnel for the handling of products such as fruits, meats, auto parts, honey, bags, and paper reels, among others.
At Exolgan we provide the verified gross weight (VGM) service of containers, aligned with local regulations, in order to comply with the current regulations of the International Maritime Organization. We have a modern scale system which, through an advanced optical character recognition (OCR) and vehicle patent recognition (LPR) system, provides a comprehensive solution to the automated issuance of the VGM at the terminal.
At Exolgan we offer our clients extensive experience in performing all types of container maintenance and repair services (dry, open-top, flat rack, and reefer), as well as reconditioning of containers for food-grade; in an integrated manner in their facilities, We carry out our work in compliance with the international standards IICL (Institute International Container Lessor).
Ribera Sud Multimodal Station. We offer our clients the possibility of integrating import and export port operations with rail transport, through Ferrosur Roca. Its strategic location, within the port, facilitates direct links with the large industrial centers and production and consumption centers in the interior of the country.
